At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If your shipping address is outside our supported regions, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
2. Shipping Method & Flat Rate
We use standard ground shipping via trusted carriers (such as national parcel services) for all orders.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $4.99 per 1st item (2nd item additional shipping fee $2.99) – Free shipping on orders over $150

The same flat fee applies regardless of the number of items in your cart, order weight, or destination within the U.S.

No minimum order amount is required.

3. Taxes (0% Sales Tax)
For now, we apply a 0% sales tax rate to all orders.

4. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully completed, we prepare your items for shipment.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During peak periods (holidays, promotions, high volume), processing times may be on the longer end of this range.
5. Daily Cutoff Time
To keep delivery estimates realistic, we use a daily cutoff time:

Cutoff time: 12:00 PM (noon), Pacific Time (PT)
Orders placed:

Before 12:00 PM PT (Mon–Fri):

Counted as received the same business day for processing.

After 12:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays:

Counted as received the next business day for processing.

This cutoff affects when your order enters the processing queue, which then impacts the final delivery date.
6. Transit Time (Shipping Time)
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, it enters the shipping (transit) phase.

Transit time can vary based on:

We do not control carrier delays once the package has left our facility, but we will assist you with tracking information.
7. Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping)
Your total delivery time is the combination of handling and transit:

Transit time: 3–5 business days
Estimated total delivery window:
Approximately 4–8 business days from the time your order is confirmed and successfully paid, for most U.S. orders.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, but we aim to keep orders within this range under normal conditions.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will typically receive:

A shipping confirmation email, and

A tracking number (where available), so you can follow the progress of your package.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package into their system.
9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may:

Contact you to confirm a corrected address, and

Re-ship the order once additional shipping costs (if any) are paid.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be lost or arrives visibly damaged:
