This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for products and services purchased from Ar Diversified Holdings LLC through our website and any related online sales channels.

By placing an order and completing payment, you agree to this Payment Policy as well as our Terms of Service and Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept only the following payment methods:

  1. PayPal

    • You may pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or cards saved in your PayPal account.

    • At checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to complete your transaction.

  2. Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards via Stripe)

    • We process major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including (where supported): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other locally supported card brands.

    • Card information is entered on a secure, encrypted payment form powered by Stripe.

We do not accept:

  • Cash payments

  • Bank transfers sent directly to us (unless separately and explicitly agreed in writing)

  • Checks or money orders

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Any other payment method not listed above


2. Currency

All prices and payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your card or PayPal account uses a different currency, your bank or PayPal may apply their own exchange rates and fees. We are not responsible for any such additional charges.


3. Payment Authorization & Timing

  • When you submit an order, you authorize us and our payment processors (PayPal or Stripe) to charge the full amount shown at checkout, including:

    • Product or service price

    • Applicable taxes

    • Shipping or service fees (if any)

  • For card payments via Stripe, your bank may place a temporary authorization hold. The final charge will be captured once your order is confirmed.

  • For PayPal payments, funds are typically captured at the time you complete the PayPal checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The payment cannot be authorized or is declined

  • Fraud or unauthorized use is suspected

  • There is a pricing or listing error

In such cases, if your payment has already been captured, we will issue a refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


4. Security & Data Protection

  • All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers: PayPal and Stripe.

  • We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or PayPal login credentials on our servers.

  • Payment data is encrypted and managed in accordance with industry security standards (such as PCI-DSS) by PayPal and Stripe.

Despite our efforts to maintain a secure checkout environment, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials safe

  • Using secure devices and networks when making purchases


5. Taxes & Additional Charges

  • Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be added to your order based on your billing or shipping address and applicable laws.

  • Any bank fees, foreign transaction fees, or PayPal/Stripe currency conversion charges are your responsibility and are not controlled by us.


6. Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments

Your order may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled if:

  • The payment is declined by your bank or card issuer

  • PayPal flags the transaction for review

  • Stripe identifies the payment as high risk

You are responsible for contacting your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or Stripe if:

  • A charge is unexpectedly declined

  • A security check is triggered

  • Your account has spending limits or restrictions

We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment provider reviews, holds, or security checks.


7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled according to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

General principles:

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Processing time:

    • We typically initiate refunds within a reasonable number of business days after approval.

    • Your bank, PayPal, or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds back to your account.

We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or alternative methods for orders originally paid via PayPal or Stripe.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or PayPal, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.

  • If you open a chargeback or dispute without contacting us, it may delay resolution.

  • We reserve the right to challenge any fraudulent or unfounded chargeback and provide supporting documentation to PayPal, Stripe, or your bank.

Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your ability to purchase from us

  • Reporting the activity to relevant payment providers


9. Pricing Changes & Errors

  • We may update our prices, fees, promotions, or discounts at any time without prior notice, except for orders already finalized at checkout.

  • If a clear pricing or listing error occurs (e.g., incorrect price due to human or system error), we reserve the right to:

    • Cancel the order, or

    • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price

If your payment has already been captured and we cancel due to such an error, we will issue a full refund.
