6. Pricing, Taxes & Shipping

Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Taxes

At this time, we apply a 0% sales tax rate at checkout.
You may still be responsible for any applicable use tax or other obligations depending on your jurisdiction.

Shipping

We currently use flat-rate shipping for U.S. orders.
Details such as shipping fee, processing time, transit time, cutoff time, and total estimated delivery window are described in our separate Shipping Information page, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Payment Terms

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
The information you supply is true, correct, and complete;
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total order amount, including product prices, shipping, and applicable charges.

Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept only the following payment methods:

PayPal
Stripe (credit/debit cards processed via Stripe)

We do not accept:

Cash, checks, money orders;
Cash on Delivery (COD);
Direct bank transfers (unless specifically agreed in writing).

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (PayPal and Stripe). We do not store your full card details or PayPal login credentials.

8. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Refusal

Your order is an offer to purchase products or services from us. We may accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, including after it has been placed, in cases such as:

Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud;

If your order is cancelled after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Payment Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has shipped. Once an order enters processing or shipping, it may be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy instead.

9. Returns, Refunds & Reshipment

Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted, including:

Return window;
Condition of items;
Non-returnable items;
Who pays for return shipping;
Reshipment fees if packages are returned to sender due to incorrect address or failed delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where explicitly stated;
If a shipment is returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), additional reshipment fees may apply;
Approved refunds are typically issued back via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
